We offer several ways to place an order. You can place an order on our website, by phone or via e-mail. For more detailed information on placing an order you have the option of calling our toll-free number and get connected to a live agent at 1-888-800-5787. The agent will assist you with any questions that you have.

We work with schools, colleges and universities in the Greater Montreal Region and all across Canada. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, debit cards and Cash.
Payments can be made in the form of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). You can call our toll-free number or e-mail your credit card information to us. Note that all of credit card information is destroyed after the payment has been processed
You can request an e-mail of your pre-production paper proof before we start your print job. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an artwork approval from you and this offer is only for more than 50 pieces.
It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 2-7 days. We offer rush service with shipping in as little as one day on many items. Digital photo shirts can be shipped next day. Please e-mail or call us for availability of this service. If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please supply your sales representative with that date.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation if you place your order by e-mail, or online order form. Be sure to confirm with the appropriate deposit or credit card information to expedite processing of the order. Orders will not be processed without the required deposit or payment.


On all orders you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your shipment. We will also call and notify you if any money is due for the balance of the order. we will provide you with the shipment tracking number after your order has been shipped out to you.
Yes we can take orders outside of Canada.
We accept many types of art files. The ideal file formats are: .cdr (CorelDraw), .ai, (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, .wmf, .pdf (Adobe Acrobat), We also accept .jpeg, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Power Point, and many others.
There are several ways to send artwork to us.

  2. You can bring in your art work in person on a USB key.
Yes, there will be an artwork charge. The charge is determined by the level of "touch-up" that your design will require. Our sales department can supply you with more information and pricing.


It depends. We offer many free of charge art services, including text only designs, If you want us to create a custom design for you based on your ideas or sketches, there will be a charge, since the cost for art is relatively expensive. For more information and pricing, please call us and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
If you have more than one garment and on each garment is with different design we will charge as one design as long as it’s digital print.
Yes. We offer youth small (2-4) small (6-8), youth medium (10-12), and youth large (14-16). .
Yes. We offer up to 6X on some of the garments that we offer. However, not all colors are available in these size shirts and Prices are higher than regular sizes Call or e-mail for availability.
Yes. You can mix the sizes any way that you need to complete your order. Keep in mind that the logo or design is made to fit the smallest garment so you may not want to add one size 2-4 when the balance of your order is adult sizes. However, the larger the tee the larger the logo so price will go up for designs that need to be printed on 2X shirts and up. You do not have to order in pre-set dozens per size. Order exactly what you need.
Yes, as long as the image will be exactly the same on each shirt and will be printed in the same location on all of the shirts. The price that you would pay for each garment is determined by the total number of shirts in your order. If, you have multiple images and want a different image on a different shirts it will cost more.


Printing on light color shirts and dark color shirts generally requires different type inks and printing methods. Your sales professional will be able to guide you through the process to get you the best looking garments.
Yes. Absolutely, we will create your garment in the exact colors in your file.
We keep your artwork on file up to 5 years. However, We do not keep screens. If you want to reorder a screen print job the appropriate amount will be charged for the screen and set-up of your order.
We can provide you with a variety of methods, screen printing being one of them. We also provide the option of digital direct to garment printing, sublimation and vinyl transfers. "Photo" or "digitally imaged" T-shirts are transfer printed as the image is applied with a heat press.
No. The printed image on printed t-shirts is very durable and will hold up for a long time as they are directly printed onto the garment using the highest quality inks. "Wash" tests that we've conducted in our shop also prove that the printing on "Photo" or "digitally imaged" t-shirts (which are transfers) is durable and holds up to many washings. Washing instructions are packed with the digital transfer shirts.
Yes, we offer PMS color matching on all products. The cost varies depending on the number of colors.
The maximum image depends on the shirt size and location of the design. Contact our sales department for more information.


Yes. You can definitely bring in your own garments to have printed. The price will vary. You can call us and obtain more information.
Yes You can buy transfers and can put them on to your garments by yourself.
Yes, we do offer catalogs. Information and pricing of our available products can be obtained by simply calling us or via e-mail. We do have a giant online catalog for you to view.
Our guarantee policy states that if we make a mistake on your order (typo, wrong print placed on the garment) or the product is materially defective, we will refund your money for the entire order or replace the product free of charge.
Our production facility is located at 1625 Chabanel West, Suite 1010, Montreal, Quebec, H4N 2S7. We have Plenty of free parking for our clients at the back of our commercial building, and our location is very convenient to bus stops and metro stations.

Yes. We offer purchase orders to schools, government agencies, and major corporations. All purchase orders are handled by meeting us in person only.
Yes. All our prices are Net Wholesale. We do custom quotes for larger orders and on large contract printing jobs. You can e-mail us or simply give us a call. The call is better since we can ask you the questions that will give us the information to give you the best price.
