SCREEN PRINT
Screen printing (or silk screening) Is a technique that uses stencils and ink to create designs on garments. It is the most economical method for producing large quantities that involve all types of material.
DECORATING TECHNIQUES
DIRECT TO GARMENT
A specialized inkjet printer applies inks directly to the garment, where the fibers absorb the ink to create a very durable design. It works well for short runs or full-color printing on high stitch density garments.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is sewing a design, type or logo onto a garment with special thread. This technique gives garments a higher perceived value and works particularly well on heavier weight garments such as fleece.
SUBLIMATION
Also called dye sublimation, this process uses heat-sensitive inks to create full-color, photo-quality reproductions of digital images that last. Sublimation is well suited for 100% polyester garments.
HEAT TRANSFER
Heat transfer involves combining heat and pressure to transfer images to garments. This is a great option for detailed prints, customization, shorter runs and quick turnaround times.
